香港当代美术馆总部设在香港九龙红磡商业中心，由香港亚太艺术品交易中心、美国天高数字股份有限公司投资建立。2009年9月在北京798艺术区创意广场开设北京新馆，香港当代美术馆纵向目标是建立一家旨在推动中国当代艺术可持续发展的品牌美术馆，横向远景目标是将美术馆发展成一家成功运营的国际连锁艺术机构，经营国际现当代艺术。展览面积570平方米，净高8.6米，上世纪六十年代锯齿形包豪斯风格。内设储世纪画廊、艺术品商店、弘艺小筑与中文中国网。

Hong Kong Contemporary Art Museum headquartered in Hung Hom Commercial Center, Kowloon, Hong Kong, was established by Hong Kong Asia-Pacific Art Exchange Center and United States Tanco Digital Co.,Ltd. Hong Kong Contemporary Art Museum (Beijing) was located in the Originality Square of 798 Art Zone Beijing in Sep, 2009. The principal target is to build a brand art museum to drive the sustainable development of Chinese contemporary art, while the further crosswise target is to become a successful international chain art institute, running international modern and contemporary art. The 1960’s Bauhaus style exhibition hall floor space is 570 square meters with 8.6m net height, equipped with the Collecting Time Gallery, an art store, Hong Yi Xiao Zhu and Chinese and China website.
