The Osage Art Foundation is proud to present Tales from Venice: An exhibition inspired by Star Fairy, Hong Kong at the 52nd Venice Biennale showcasing the work of Hiram To and MAP office (Laurent Gutierrez and Valerie Portefaix) in Hong Kong. Concurrently, the Osage Art Foundation is supporting the exhibition CHiE! – Culture Sieges Politics, curated by Jessie Chang and Jaspar Lau who are the emerging curators participating in the Para/Site Art Space – Hong Kong Jockey Club Curatorial Training Programme.
Both exhibitions open at 5.00pm on Saturday 15 March 2008.
A symposium hosted by the Osage Art Foundation titled Made for Hong Kong will discuss current and future strategies for supporting and promoting Hong Kong art. The symposium will precede the exhibition at 3.00pm on Saturday 15 March 2008.
