In 1974, Peng was born in Huangchuan, Henan.
2007年 毕业于四川美术学院油画系，获硕士学位
In 2007, Peng was graduated form the Oil Painting Department of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts and acquired the master’s degree.
现任教于西安美术学院油画系
At present, Peng is teaching at the Oil Painting Department of Xi’an Academy of Fine arts.
