1966年 10月30日出生于中国辽宁
1985年 服兵役退役
1990年 毕业于中央美术学院版画系
1991年 定居东非塞舌尔岛国。 创建Reagan Lee艺术工作室，作品参加国内外美术展，塞舌尔国家美术展，图书馆个展。作品为海内外艺术机构及个人收藏。
1998年 去欧洲艺术考察学习3年。
2003年 移民新西兰并从事艺术活动至今
